Why WLG exists

Our founder started Wash Launch Group in January 2026 because the same problems kept showing up. Investors making decisions off bad data. Operators buying equipment from people who'd never run a tunnel. Deals falling apart because nobody in the room had actually opened a wash before.
So we built a firm around that gap.
Four practice areas.
Development
Express tunnel projects from raw land through grand opening. Site selection, feasibility, competitive analysis, design coordination, construction oversight, equipment commissioning. We don't hand off a report and disappear. We stay with the project from dirt to doors open.
Acquisitions and M&A
Buy-side and sell-side advisory for car wash transactions. We source on-market and off-market deals, build institutional-quality investment memorandums, and quarterback diligence from LOI through close.
Operations consulting
Diagnostic, rebuild, and turnaround work for single-site and multi-site operators. Built on hands-on operating experience, not theory.
Equipment distribution
Authorized distributor for OPW/Belanger tunnel systems, Trident chemistry, and ICS point-of-sale and pay stations. Spec'd by operators who run this equipment daily.

Most car wash advisors have never opened a wash.
Our team has spent 15+ years on the operations side, Autobell, Sam's Xpress, Fins Car Wash, and Links Car Wash, before moving into development, acquisitions, and advisory. We've managed sites at 6am, rebuilt tunnels at midnight, negotiated seven-figure acquisitions, and run multi-site portfolios.
When we look at a site, we're not just running a model. We're thinking about stacking, traffic flow, how the tunnel drains in a storm, where the vac islands go, and whether the membership math actually works once you factor in churn.
