Privacy Policy

Wash Launch LLC, doing business as Wash Launch Group ("WLG"), a North Carolina limited liability company, operates washlaunchgroup.com and its subdomains (together, the "Sites"). In this policy, "we," "our," and "us" mean WLG. We are a car wash development, acquisitions, operations consulting, and equipment distribution firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, request a quote, apply for wholesale access, or schedule a meeting with us, you provide your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), and the content of your message.
• Information collected automatically. Our analytics provider, Google Analytics 4, records usage data about your visit, including pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, approximate location, and browser information. We also use the Google Ads tag to measure and show our ads, as described under Cookies and tracking. We do not sell visitor data.
• Payment information. The Sites do not currently process online payments. If and when we enable online checkout, payment information will be collected and stored by Stripe, not by WLG. We will update this policy before that change goes live.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and requests for quotes or proposals.
• Schedule, hold, and follow up on consultations and meetings.
• Send transactional email related to quotes, orders, and wholesale applications.
• Send occasional industry updates and content to customers and prospects who have opted in (we do not currently operate a marketing email program; if we add one, opt-out instructions will be in every message).
• Improve the Sites and our services through aggregate analytics.
• Measure our Google ads and show them to people who have visited the Sites, as described under Cookies and tracking.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We use the following third-party services ("subprocessors") to operate the Sites and respond to inquiries. Each handles information under its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (hosting, database). Data is stored in US-region Google Cloud infrastructure.
• Google Workspace/Gmail (email delivery).
• Google Analytics 4 (website usage analytics).
• Google Ads (advertising measurement and ads shown to past visitors).

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may disclose information to comply with a valid legal request, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a corporate transaction (such as a financing or acquisition), with appropriate confidentiality protections.

We retain contact form submissions and quote requests as long as reasonably necessary to respond and follow up, typically not longer than two years from your last interaction with us, unless we have an active business relationship or a legal obligation to retain the information longer.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal information, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. You can exercise these rights by emailing us at anthony@washlaunchgroup.com. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect about you, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. The Google Ads tag described under Cookies and tracking lets Google measure and show our ads; you can manage ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com, or keep the tag from loading by turning on your browser's Do Not Track setting.

Google Analytics 4 uses analytics cookies to measure visits and interactions with the Sites. We also use the Google Ads tag, which may set advertising cookies, to measure whether visits from our Google ads lead to inquiries and to show our ads to people who have visited the Sites. You can manage ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com. We do not load Google Analytics or the Google Ads tag when your browser sends a Do Not Track setting of "1".

The Sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the date of the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on the Sites for at least 30 days before they take effect.
